My grandparents have been together for over 50 years. My grandmother has been writing fairy tales
all her life, but my grandfather never gave her a chance to publish them. It was like he was always
jealous that the fairy tales would not only become his property, but that others would see them too.
Five years ago, my grandmother secretly gave me some notebooks in which she wrote fairy tales, so
that I could reprint them in electronic form. And 5 years ago, when I began to learn more about our
family, I learned that the women in our family had the mission to learn to manifest separately from
the men.
It's strange, but in my family it was always like this, it was as if the men were trying to absorb the
woman's talent.
No, my grandparents love each other. But I also want the world to know that my grandmother is a
talented writer. Even if grandpa's ego is destroyed.
Because there's something else very interesting and highly unusual that makes me know I definitely
have to show the world my grandmother's talent. It's how fairy tales come to my grandmother.
Sometimes a story can appear in her mind at 3:00 in the morning. And until Grandma writes it
down, she can't sleep. Physically.
Sometimes she can stay up several nights, because the stories come and go. And so it has been all
her life. I inherited her gift. I write stories, novels and fairy tales too.
My grandparents live in Ukraine and my grandfather does not want to leave under any
circumstances, despite the fact that my grandmother is scared.
They are still quite young, both are 77 and my grandmother has said many times that she would still
like to travel.
They live 30 kilometers from the front line zone and every day they hear explosions. Grandma
prays and waits for it to be over.
And I pray to earn some money just to make my grandmother's fairy tales finally famous and I
could take my grandmother to Venice
