She was killed by a lack man, Decarlos Brown, who had been arrested 14 times for different crimes and released each time.
The judge who kept releasing him was also Black.
The killer murdered Iryna Zarutska with a pocketknife, simply by attacking her from behind on a train and stabbing her three times in the neck. They did not know each other — he killed her for no reason.
She was murdered on August 22nd, and until September 7th, there was not a single mention in the media about this brutal killing.
There were witnesses in the train car — they were sitting just a meter away from the girl. They saw what Decarlos did, and still they didn’t approach her. The witnesses were a black women and a black men.
After stabbing her, Decarlos stepped back and said out loud:
“I got you, white girl.”
Iryna Zarutska was a Ukrainian who had fled the war in Ukraine.
And I suspect that this was a large, planned action by the government.
The girl was chosen as a victim for a reason. White, beautiful, a Ukrainian refugee from the war. Because she was beautiful and Ukrainian, it was bound to cause incredible outrage and aggression against Black people.
A Black man with mental problems, whom a Black judge had released 14 times despite his repeated offenses — even though he should have been in prison long ago. The perfect candidate for a high-profile murder. Someone who could be manipulated into anything. Someone expendable.
All of this was done to justify Trump’s regime and the Republicans. Because after such a murder, there will be more and more attempts to legalize rule by force.
